Service Technician

Sales Assistant

Assist in the sales and customer support process for inverters, batteries, and other power backup systems.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills with good command in English and Marathi Language, basic technical knowledge of power backup systems, and a strong desire to help customers find the right solution for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in and call-in customers with product inquiries and sales support.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Coordinate with the technical team for installation scheduling and product dispatch.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain product displays and ensure promotional materials are up to date. Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets and maintaining client relationships.
• Stay updated with product features and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
